Bristol After Stroke's annual conference for supporters, professionals, partners, stroke affected people and their carers
Focusing on some of the hidden impacts of stroke - this year we have speakers on vision and sight loss, diabetes and stroke, and relationships after stroke, as well as our usual features - celebrating our volunteers and fundraisers, review of the year, and introductions to current research and policy areas.
